This is the best little gadget I have ever invested in. It has saved me from fusion in my lower back. Every time i end up with lower back pain, I put this baby on back two on either sid of my spine. I usually fall asleep it is that relaxing. After the massage I am able to move freely again. I highly recommend it for lower back pain relief. I have noticed my teenager son's are also using it on there sore muscles.

The pillow is a little smaller that what I thought it would be, but it does the job -at least it fits into a standard pillow case. Gives good neck support for when I sleep on my back as well as when I sleep on my side. Delivery was much quicker than the timeframe given. Well done and thank you!
