I suffered from swollen ankles and my feet became numb over the past two years. No medication helped. It felt like there was not enough tissue under my feet, it really hurt when walking, especially when getting up in mornings, it was hard just to reach the bathroom! Was walking like a cat with socks. My feet felt like they were dying. I could not walk barefoot anymore, had to use socks and gel slippers. My feel were cold and I was worried. Then I bought this magic machine which changed all back to near normal after a month’s use.
Day 1- could use only 5 minutes, too painful even on low setting
Day 2- could not use and I blamed and hated the massager
Day 5- this time I could do 5 minutes
And so I built it up and sit 15 minutes with ease now and even relax and enjoy the fantastic massage.
