    How to use the Vibration Plate:

    Plug the Power Fit Vibration Plate into a power source and switch on. Select a pre-loaded program or set a specific vibration speed and time.

    • Option 1

    Stand upright on the vibration plate with both feet at shoulder length apart for 10 minutes.

    • Option 2

    Assume the position in Option One and bend your knees slightly while holding your arms out in front of you to maintain balance. Hold the position for ten minutes.

    • Option 3

    Place a chair behind the Vibration Plate and sit down on it with your feet firmly placed on the Plate. Your knees should form a 90-degree angle. Hold the position for ten minutes.

    • Option 4

    Sit down on the floor behind the Vibration Plate. Rest both feet on the vibration plate with your arms behind you to secure your back. Hold the position for ten minutes.

    • Option 5

    Kneel down on the floor behind the Vibration Plate and place your hands on the plate at shoulder length apart. Lean forward bending your elbows slightly. Hold the position for ten minutes.

    Resistance Bands:
    Included with the Vibration plate are two resistance bands. This assists you in getting the best results from your Vibration Plate. Using the resistance bands will grant you a wider variety of possible positions and exercises. Allowing for specific muscle focus exercises. Giving attention to those muscles in your body that you feel require a little bit of extra TLC.
    Hook the resistance bands to a secure surface. Pull the muscles that you intend to pay special attention to while assuming one of the five positions explained above.
